Referring to my application of the 21st ultimo re monies due to me, which were paid into the Alien Inemy A/c at the Hongkong & Shanghai. I beg to ask if you have taken steps about the transfer of the money to my account through the Commandant of this Camp. As I have pointed out before I have no other funds available and if you think it will hasten matters, I would be willing to pay telegraphic expenses. Awaiting your favourable reply
